Built for longer trays, bigger trucks, and maximum storage.
We offer any of our drawer systems in an EXTRA variant — specifically designed to suit vehicles with longer tray lengths.
This includes most USA-delivered trucks like the Ford F150, Chevrolet Silverado, Dodge Ram, Jeep Gladiator, and more — all utilising our JUMBO-width, EXTRA-length configurations.
The EXTRA variant is also ideal for Single Cab, Extra Cab, and Space Cab utes such as the Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger, Isuzu D-Max, and similar models.
What Makes It EXTRA?
Longer drawers: with internal lengths up to 1470mm.
Heavy-duty only: equipped with 227kg-rated runners, extending to 1400mm.
Versatile options: compatible with our SLED pull-out platform and Cargo Bar for added functionality.
Built to suit your exact requirements — with plenty of spec options available.
The drawer and carcass are built from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board, manufactured using a compressed and extruded process.
Our drawer sets are NOT made from plywood — unlike plywood, our material is moisture-resistant, doesn’t splinter or split, is extremely durable yet lightweight, and boasts a sleek, subtle black finish.
Heavy-duty 227kg-rated runners are used, providing full extension up to 1200mm.
The convenient one-hand handle activates and deactivates the runners, which lock in three positions: closed, mid-extension, and fully extended.
Drawer dividers are included, which can be installed wherever you need.
All necessary mounting hardware is supplied.

Installation from our Auckland and New Plymouth workshop is available for just $99.“Local Pick-up” as your shipping method at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Installation through any of our retail partner locations is also available. Please note that installations at partner locations will incur additional shipping and installation charges, which may vary by partner.
