Need more room? The JUMBO EXTRA delivers 1470mm long drawers — giving you the extra length you’ve been looking for.
The Standard EXTRA is designed for vans that can’t accommodate a full 1200mm-wide carcass in the rear. In these cases, the rear carcass is reduced to 980mm wide, ensuring a perfect fit without compromising functionality.

With a huge range of sizes and layouts available, we have a solution to suit all makes and models, whether you’re a tradesperson, service professional, or simply looking to make your lifestyle vehicle more functional.
For those of you with a large, modern van, you have the option to fit a wider drawer carcass in the rear. Our standard carcass is 980mm wide, while the JUMBO carcass measures 1200mm wide — and the good news is, we’ve kept the price the same!
You can also choose to include our TRIPLEDOUBLE system for even smarter, segmented storage. Various drawer depths and lengths are available too, so you can customise your setup to perfectly accommodate your tools, materials, equipment, or personal gear — making it easy to create a solution that works exactly how you need it to.

Basic Rundown — How Our Van Systems Work
For the majority of van makes and models, the base system includes:

Two long drawers extending from the tailgate, providing ample, secure storage for larger tools or equipment.

Two shorter drawers extending from each side door, making the most of the space and keeping smaller items easily accessible.

On vans with a single side door, the system uses two long drawers extending from that door to maximise the available space.
A full-width Topper then covers both the front and rear drawer sets, creating a strong, flat, and highly usable false floor, perfect for stacking materials, gear, or even work surfaces on top.
For a few specific models — where the side door opening is too narrow for twin drawers — we use a single, wide drawer instead. This applies to models such as:

This design ensures that no matter your van’s configuration, we can provide a practical, efficient storage solution tailored to your needs.
- The drawer and carcass are built from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board, manufactured using a compressed and extruded process.
- Our drawer systems are NOT made from plywood — unlike plywood, our material is moisture-resistant, doesn’t splinter or split, is extremely durable yet lightweight, and boasts a sleek, subtle black finish.
- Our original non-runner (NR) system is still available and can also be mixed and matched with HDR where required — contact us to discuss the best combination for your needs.
- Adjustable drawer dividers are included, which can be installed wherever you need.
- All necessary mounting hardware is supplied.
- Heavy-duty runners (HDR) rated to 227kg.
- Full-extension.
- Convenient one-hand handle activates/deactivates the runners, locking securely in three positions — closed, mid-extension, and fully extended.
