The SLED is a big, sliding flat platform with plenty of tie-down points — perfect for making your gear more accessible and saving your knees from that painful tailgate liner.

The SLED can be added to almost any of our drawer systems or mounted directly to the floor of your ute, van, or wagon. It can also be easily modified in width and length to suit your exact needs.

• For Utes:

   

  • Most SLEDs base-mounted in utes fit between the wheel arches at 1050–1080mm W

  • Next Gen (22+) Ford Ranger & VW Amarok can accommodate wider SLEDs, up to 1180mm W

   

Materials & Construction:

• 227kg-rated heavy-duty runners
• Frame & brackets: CNC-cut 3mm aluminium, powder-coated in durable ‘Mannex’ black
• Base: 12mm HEXAply transport-grade plywood, water-resistant, extremely hard-wearing, and easy to clean

Overall height:

• Just 65mm from floor to platform surface

All mounting hardware is included for installation.

Installation

• Installation from our Auckland and New Plymouth workshop is available for just $149.

  If you’re not based in Auckland but are happy to come to us, simply select “Local Pick-up” as your shipping method at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

• Installation through any of our retail partner locations is also available. Please note that installations at partner locations will incur additional shipping and installation charges, which may vary by partner.

Shipping

If you can’t make it to our workshop or one of our retail partners, we can pack and freight your setup to the nearest Mainfreight depot or directly to a commercial address.

Flat “To Depot” Rates:

• North Island: $140

• South Island: Please contact us, rates largely vary depending on the region. 

For direct delivery to a commercial address, please chat with us first so we can confirm the options and provide accurate pricing.

Please note: our pallets are relatively large, so ensure you have adequate space and transport arranged when collecting your order.

If ordering online:

• Please include your vehicle make/model and phone number in the ‘Add a note’ box at checkout.

• Make sure to also enter your email address, so we can reach you with updates.

• If we haven’t already spoken before you place your order, we’ll follow up via email with the expected turnaround time and details about invoicing.

To secure your spot in our production and installation queue, a 50% deposit will be required.
