These trusty Toyotas have a cult following the world over being so reliable, tough and classically good looking.
Pictured is our fit out for the popular 80 Series ($2599). This can be adapted to ANY Series Landcruiser including Prados; and as usual, we can customise to your exact requirements.
The drawer and drawer carcass components are all CNC cut in our Auckland workshop from 16mm black Constructa board. This is manufactured using a compressed and extruded PVC production method. Unlike plywood or timber it isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black. Generally, we do not use runner hardware on these drawer sets, as the makeup of the material used allows a smooth action for opening and closing of the drawers. If you require runner hardware we can do so at an additional cost.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch plywood which is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down.
The Cargo Bar and mounting brackets are laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated black with ‘Mannex’, a long-lasting and scratch-resistant powder coating system.
Dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.
FREE INSTALL (AUCKLAND and NEW PLYMOUTH)
We have a free installation service available from both our Auckland and New Plymouth based workshops. If you prefer to come to us, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method, choose either the Auckland or New Plymouth workshop location, and we'll contact you to organise an install time.
Featuring a CNC laser cut and folded 3mm alloy and textured black powdercoated subframe setup and grunty 227kg rated runner hardware. The drawer framework is made up using a combination of the same powdercoated alloy, with a tough 12mm Eurogrip plywood base and our PVC board closes it all in. A sleek, full width handle finishes at all off and also allows for a super helpful, single handed operation.
In UTE form the SUPERSINGLE will use the same Topper as our DOUBLE with the 12mm HEXAply plywood and Cargo Bar arrangement. When used in VANs, we use our scribed Topper as standard
Of course we can add our SLED on top for additional functionality, or better yet - why not turn this into a "DSV" setup with a SLED and our VERT drawer!

SPECS
The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded production method.
Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black. Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware is used and are full extension at 1200mm. Our handy "one hand" handle activates and deactivates the runners, which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full extension.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm HEXAply transport grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges.
The perimeter "Cargo Bar" extends across the rear and sides of the Topper and is laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated in a long-lasting and scratch-resistant textured black powder coating system.
Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

Feel free to give us a call to chat first before placing an order, especially if you have specific layout ideas or certain requirements.

If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
