JUMBO TRIPLE DOUBLE Drawer System — Maximise Your Tray Space

 

With the new Ranger, Amarok, and BYD Shark models offering a much wider space between the wheel arches in the tray, we designed the JUMBO TRIPLE DOUBLE drawer system to make the most of this extra room.

This setup delivers serious storage capacity, with an impressive 500mm of usable width inside each drawer.

 

Topper Features

 

  • Includes our handy Cargo Bar, providing plenty of tie-down points for easy load securing.

  • A raised upstand top helps prevent smaller items from falling off into the gaps beside your drawer set.

  • Add even more versatility with our SLED pull-out platform, mounted above the drawers for quick access and additional storage options


This functional setup offers plenty of spec options to suit your exact requirements, including multiple drawer depths and configurations.


Internal drawer depth options (using 227kg-rated Heavy Duty Runners [HDR]):

 

  • 155mm internal depth – overall external height: 210mm

  • 235mm internal depth – overall external height: 315mm

  • 285mm internal depth – overall external height: 365mm

  • 335mm internal depth – overall external height: 415mm

 

If you choose to add a SLED platform on top, it adds an additional 65mm to the overall external height.

Specifications

 

  • The drawer and carcass are built from precise, CNC-cut 16mm black PVC board, manufactured using a compressed and extruded process.

  • Our drawer sets are NOT made from plywood — unlike plywood, our material is moisture-resistant, doesn’t splinter or split, is extremely durable yet lightweight, and boasts a sleek, subtle black finish.

  • Heavy-duty 227kg-rated runners are used, providing full extension up to 1200mm.

  • The convenient one-hand handle activates and deactivates the runners, which lock in three positions: closed, mid-extension, and fully extended.

  • Drawer dividers are included, which can be installed wherever you need.

    All necessary mounting hardware is supplied.

 

Topper Construction

 

  • The false floor (Topper) is engineered to handle plenty of rough use, made from 12mm HEXAply transport-grade plywood — extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant, and easy to clean, with fully sealed edges.

  • The perimeter Cargo Bar, extending across the rear and sides of the Topper, is laser-cut and CNC-folded 3mm aluminium, finished in a durable, scratch-resistant textured black powder coating.

Installation

 

  • Installation from our Auckland and New Plymouth workshop is available for just $99.

    If you’re not based in Auckland but are happy to come to us, simply select “Local Pick-up” as your shipping method at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Installation through any of our retail partner locations is also available. Please note that installations at partner locations will incur additional shipping and installation charges, which may vary by partner.

Shipping

 

If you can’t make it to our workshop or one of our retail partners, we can pack and freight your setup to the nearest Mainfreight depot or directly to a commercial address.

 

Flat “To Depot” Rates:

 

  • North Island: $140

  • South Island: Please contact us, rates largely vary depending on the region. 

 

For direct delivery to a commercial address, please chat with us first so we can confirm the options and provide accurate pricing.


Please note: our pallets are relatively large, so ensure you have adequate space and transport arranged when collecting your order.
