Our VAN setup covers mid-size vans with numerous sizes and layouts available, we have a setup to suit ALL makes and models including but not limited to the following:
•Toyota Hiace - all models up to 2020
•Nissan NV350 - front uses JUMBO front drawer set
•Nissan NV250 - front uses SINGLE drawer set
•Mitsubishi L300 - all models
•Econovan, Bongo, Vanette
• plus others...
The base system uses two long drawers accessed at the rear lift-up door. For twin sliding side door models, we have 4 shorter drawers, 2 accessed via each side door or for those with a single sliding side door, two long drawers are used. (NV350 uses a JUMBO front drawer set, NV250 uses a SINGLE front drawer set).
As with our other offerings, you can choose your preferred drawer depth. Standard is 250mm deep, with a 300mm and 335mm options, with or without heavy duty 227kg rated runner hardware. Keep in mind the drawers internal width and depth change when runners are added.
There are plenty of options for layouts based off our standard components. Front only or rear only drawer sets. Single rear drawer with ladder storage beside. We can also sub in our TRIPLE DOUBLE or JUMBO front drawer sets into the appropriate positions. If the standard options don't suit you, we can definitely put together a setup that will.
For the tradies out there these setups give a ton of secure storage and a nice flat surface for stacking material but for the campers and adventurers, add a "Kitchen" set-up in one of the drawers and a comfy mattress on top and hit the road.

SPECS
The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded PVC production method. Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black. Base model fit outs do not use runner hardware as the make-up of the material used allows a smooth action for opening and closing of the drawers. Of course, Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware can of be added at the specified additional cost. This option also includes our handy "one hand" handle which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full extension.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch heavy transport grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges.
Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

INSTALLATION
Installation from our Auckland workshop is $149. If you're not an Auckland local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.
Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.
SHIPPING
If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight or Mainstream freight depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

For direct freight drop off options we require a commercial address, just have a chat with us first to discuss options and pricing.
Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

You can order via our online store, over the phone or in person at our workshops or retail partners workshops.
Feel free to give us a call to chat first before placing an order, especially if you have specific layout ideas or certain requirements.
If ordering online, please put your vehicle make/model and phone number in the 'Add a note" box, please also make sure you enter your email address.
If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.
