The SLED will make your setup even more functional and user friendly. A big, sliding, flat surface with plenty of tie-down points for your gear. The SLED can be added to pretty much any of our drawer systems or simply mounted to the floor of your Ute, Van or Wagon.
Our SLED can easily be modified in width and length to suits your exact needs. Either way, you’ve made your life a whole lot easier and saved your knees from that painful tailgate liner right?
SPECS
Our SLED has two standard sizes, they have a base area of 1325mm or 1470mm long and both being 1265 wide. We can easily customise to shorter lengths and narrower widths as required.
If base mounting in a Ute, most SLEDs will be between 1050 and 1080mm wide to fit between wheel arches. New gen 22+ Rangers and VW Amaroks, can take a wider SLED bewteen the wheel arches, around 1180mm.
It features 227kg rated HD runners, with the mounting brackets and frame all constructed using 3mm aluminium which is then powder-coated in ‘Mannex’ black.
The base is 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch plywood which is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down. All mounting hardware is supplied.
Overall height from the floor to the SLED platform surface itself is 65mm.
INSTALLATION
Installation from our Auckland workshop is $99. If you're not an Auckland local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.
Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.
SHIPPING
If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight or Mainstream depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

For direct freight drop off options we require a commercial address, just have a chat with us first to discuss options and pricing.
Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.
