The Topper features our handy "Cargo Bar", with plenty of tie down points making securing things that much easier and a good upstand top ensure your smaller items don't fall off into the abyss beneath your drawer set, or add our SLED pull out platform up top for added versatility.
This functional setup has plenty of spec options, there will be a setup to suit your exact requirements.
Internal drawer depth options when using 227kg rated heavy duty runners (HDR) are:
155mm (SLIMDOUBLE) - overall external height 210mm
235mm - overall external height of 315mm
285mm - overall external height of 365mm
335mm - overall external height of 415mm
A SLED mounted on top adds an additional 65mm of height to the above overall external height figures.
We still have options for our original, non-runner drawer systems also available.

SPECS
The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded production method.
Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black. Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware is used and are full extension at 1200mm. Our handy "one hand" handle activates and deactivates the runners, which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full extension.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm HEXAply transport grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges.
The perimeter "Cargo Bar" extends across the rear and sides of the Topper and is laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated in a long-lasting and scratch-resistant textured black powder coating system.
Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

INSTALLATION
Installation from our Auckland workshop is $99. If you're not an Auckland local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.
Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.

SHIPPING
If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

For direct freight drop off options we require a commercial address, just have a chat with us first to discuss options and pricing.
Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

You can order via our online store, over the phone or in person at our workshops or retail partners workshops.
Feel free to give us a call to chat first before placing an order, especially if you have specific layout ideas or certain requirements.
If ordering online, please put your vehicle make/model and phone number in the 'Add a note" box, please also make sure you enter your email address.
If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.
