The "DSV" is made up of our DOUBLE drawer unit, a SLED at 750mm wide and our VERT drawer for the ultimate in secure storage options.
Adding to all the features of the DOUBLE+SLED combo, the VERT drawer boasts a nice pullout "vertical" drawer which is more like shelving... With two levels to the inside, these are around 190mm deep, 1145mm long - super handy for stacking those little things that get lost all too easily. Then, open your gullwing canopy window and you'll be greeted by a large base storage area and two additional shelves.
Options for 250, 300mm and in some cases 335mm depth drawers (please call for this sizing), with or without heavy duty 227kg rated runner hardware, however, drawer depth is determined by the canopy installed on the vehicle.
For an "off-the-shelf" option, we think this setup is the bees knees for pretty much any tradie or camper.

SPECS -
The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed and extruded PVC production method. Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black. Base model fit outs do not use runner hardware as the make-up of the material used allows a smooth action for opening and closing of the drawers. Of course, Heavy Duty 227kg rated runner hardware can of be added at the specified additional cost. This option also includes our handy "one hand" handle which lock outs when closed as well as mid and at full 1 metre extension.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle the rough n' tumble of the hardworking tradie. It's made from 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch plywood which is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down.
The Cargo Bar and mounting brackets are laser cut, CNC folded 3mm aluminium, which is then powder-coated black with ‘Mannex’, a long-lasting and scratch-resistant powder coating system.
Four dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

SLED SPECS
Standard SLED sizing has a base area of 1325L x 1215W for Dual Cab models and 1470L x 1215W for Extra Cab and USA models. We can easily customise lengths and widths as required.
It features 227kg rated HD runners, with the mounting brackets and frame all constructed using 3mm aluminium which is then powder-coated in ‘Mannex’ black.
The base is 12mm Trans-Tex 220 European Birch plywood which is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down. All mounting hardware is supplied.
INSTALLATION
Installation from our Auckland workshop is $99. If you're not an Auckland local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.
Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.
SHIPPING
If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight or Mainstream depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.
