Our VAN setup covers ALL Vans with numerous sizes and layouts available, we have a setup to suit ALL makes and models and all trades, services or lifestyle requirements.
Our standard width and JUMBO width are used depending on your make/model, along with options for our TRIPLEDOUBLE to be used. Different drawer depths and lengths can be utilised also, so theres options aplenty.
As there are so many options, we suggest giving us a call to work out exactly what you need. The prices listed are an indication based on a 6 drawer system which covers off most makes/models.
BASIC RUNDOWN
For the majority of Van makes/models, the base system includes two long drawers extending from the tailgate, and depending on your make/model you'll get two shorter drawers extending out each side door. On single side door models, two long drawers will extend from the side door.
A full Topper then extends across both the front and rear drawer sets to create a useable "false floor".
With a couple of Van makes/models, due to the width of the the side door opening, a single, wide drawer is used. These models include Hyundai iLoad, LDV G10, Nissan NV250 and VW Caddy

SPECS
The drawer and drawer carcass are made using precise, CNC cut 16mm black PVC board which uses a compressed PVC production method. Our drawer sets ARE NOT MADE OF PLYWOOD and unlike plywood, our product isn't affected by moisture, doesn't splinter or split, is extremely durable but lightweight and of course very good-looking and subtle in black.
Heavy duty runners (HDR) are used and these are rated to 227kg. This includes our "one hand" handle which lock outs when closed, as well as mid and full extension. These runners have a 1200mm extension on the rear drawers and 550mm on the side drawers (1200mm on single side door versions).
As usual, we can offer our original non-runner (NR) system in most cases, and even mix'n'match between HDR and non runner. Give us a call to discuss.
The false floor 'Topper' will easily handle some rough n' tumble. It's made from 12mm HEXAply heavy grade plywood. This is extremely hard-wearing, water-resistant and easy to clean down plywood with fully sealed edges.
Drawer dividers are also included which you can fit off wherever you wish and all mounting hardware is supplied.

INSTALLATION
Installation from our Auckland workshop is $149. If you're not an Auckland local but are happy to come to us for installation, at checkout, simply choose "Local Pick-up" as your preferred shipping method.
Installation at any of our retailer partners will incur an additional charge for shipping and installation.
SHIPPING
If you can't make it to us or our retail partners, we can pack up and freight your setup to the closest Mainfreight or Mainstream freight depot to you or directly to a commercial address.
A flat "to depot" rate applies:

For direct freight drop off options we require a commercial address, just have a chat with us first to discuss options and pricing.
Pallets are relatively large so keep that in mind when collecting.

You can order via our online store, over the phone or in person at our workshops or retail partners workshops.
Feel free to give us a call to chat first before placing an order, especially if you have specific layout ideas or certain requirements.
If ordering online, please put your vehicle make/model and phone number in the 'Add a note" box, please also make sure you enter your email address.
If we haven't spoken prior to you order, we will get in touch via email with an expected turnaround time and details regarding invoicing.
A 50% deposit will be required and need to be paid to ensure your spot within our production and installation queue.
